Terms and Conditions
Last updated: February 14, 2026. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the airPortfolio application, website, and related services operated by airPortfolio Labs.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Account and Access
You may need to authenticate and connect third-party platform accounts (for example, YouTube or Facebook) to use parts of the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your devices.
3. Third-Party Platform Connections
The Service depends on third-party APIs and platforms that are not controlled by us. Availability, accuracy, or completeness of third-party data may change without notice. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies.
4. Acceptable Use
- Use the Service for lawful purposes only.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
- Do not reverse engineer or interfere with Service operations.
- Do not upload or transmit malicious code.
5. Data and Permissions
You grant us permission to process data required to provide the Service, including account profile metadata and analytics metrics returned by connected platforms.
6. Security Model
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information. Access tokens are stored in Keychain on supported Apple platforms. Only non-secret data is synced through CloudKit. No system is completely secure.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and related content are owned by or licensed to airPortfolio Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.
8. Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation.
9. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
10. Fees and Billing
If paid features are offered, pricing and billing terms will be shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, airPortfolio Labs and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Service.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless airPortfolio Labs and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, excluding conflict of law principles. Venue for disputes will be the courts located in California unless applicable law requires otherwise.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
